Shipping & Returns Policy

We take great care in designing and building our products at Robopia, and they go through a lot of real world testing before we start bulk manufacturing. We are confident that your child would love our products.

 

We ship all across India to most pin codes through our delivery agents, and our product will reach your doorstep within 3 - 7 working days from dispatch.

RETRUNS

If you or your child happens to have any complaints about any of our product, we offer a No Questions Asked Policy. You must return the product in an undamaged and unused condition within 7 days of the purchase to enjoy the benefits of our policy.

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, or the product has been used or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Courier us the product and make sure it reaches us within 7 calendar days
